Prototyping
The Jourdans POP team is able to develop or work with concept designs or visuals. Our strength lies in turning your initial brief into a finished display that reflects the quality of your brand and will naturally increase your sales.
All aspects of prototyping are carried out in house which enables our team to consult with the customer at each stage of the development. This in house service enables us to 'fast track' prototypes meeting the demands of the retail industry.
CAD Facilities
CAD drawings can be produced in house providing technical back up for prototype development and production.
Project Management
POP campaigns can be complex and require careful project management. Our team will consider constructional design, materials to be used, electrics, print and packaging at the outset of every project. Each order is managed through prototype into production ensuring a high degree of supervision and regular communication between supplier and client. All assembly, collation and packing can be handled efficiently in-house prior to despatch.
Production Facility
Operating out of a 20000 sq. ft. factory Jourdans POP manufactures using a wide range of materials including mild steel, wood , plastic, acrylic, HIPS, ABS , HDPE and PETG. Powder coating is also carried out in-house.
